Client: Dlux boutique
Project: Brand Identity, E-Commerce Web site, Blog & Interior Design
In the beginning of 09′ we were hired to create the the brand identity for a new boutique by the name of Dlux located in Englewood, NJ. With an idea for the clients vision and the freedom to express it how we wanted, we decided to create a branding thats modern and clean, allowing the clothes to be the focus of the store while giving the brand a backbone of modern luxury through the identity. As We developed the Brand Identity we were asked to develop the interior of the store and couldn’t pass up on the opportunity. Keeping within the brand identity we envisioned an all white interior with architectural shapes based off the of the D logo mark and accents of black through out. To work with the shape of the store and add a dynamic element of texture to the sleek shell, we developed a thin layer of rocks running down the middle of the floor visually leading you towards the rear black wall to create movement leading the customer toward the back while ensuring that they get the full experience of Dlux and what it has to offer.
